Restorative Yoga Certification: Mastering the principles and practices of Yin, Restorative and Yoga NidraCynthia Romano, 200 E-RYT/300 RYT, YACEP, is an experienced instructor of the Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra practices at Indigo Yoga Studio in Caldwell, New Jersey. Cynthia is also the lead educator for New Jersey Yoga Teacher Training.This intensive 2 day training will prepare you with the understanding and ability to bring these nurturing yoga styles into your personal practice and to share with your clients.
You will learn the principles required to teach a safe class to every person’s individual needs and how to create a relaxing environment to support the experience.
The 10 hour program covers;

-Cues and assists to achieve deeper levels of release
