DAILY outdoor YOGA CLASSES AT the Mountain ave field in north caldwell
Schedule: Every day 9-10am and Tuesday & Thursday 6-7pm
Bring your own yoga mat. Registration is required.
Classes are weather dependent. All students registered for class will be notified via email if class needs to be canceled.
We will be continuing offering live online virtual yoga classes
These donation-based classes are a great way to stay connected to the Indigo community and keeping motivated by having to “show up.” Sign up for a class to practice live with your favorite Indigo instructor and have a shared community experience. For your convenience, we will send you an email with a Zoom access link 1 hour before class and text you 5 min before class begins.
