March MATness Challenge

Join us for our March MATness challenge, beginning March 1st and going through March 31st!
Let's lay out the ground rules and game plan:
Indigo Yoga will be posting a pose of the day each day! The poses will progress off each previous pose and will eventually work up to our Advanced Yoga Poses! Each day you will need to have a picture taken of you in each pose (ask a friend, or we will be happy to do it for you at the studio!) and post this to Instagram or our Facebook and hashtag #indigoyoga, #poseoftheday and #marchMATness. If you post at least 21 of the 31 poses each day, you will receive 50% off one month of yoga!
Week 1: These basic level poses throughout week 1 which will help you to progress to week 2.
Week 2: With the strength and flexibility built throughout Week 1, we challenge you to complete the more-challenging poses in level 2. Throughout week 2 focus on practicing these poses each day.
Week 3: Using the progressions from the previous two weeks, and with the help of the video demonstrations provided by Indigo Yoga in week three, you will work towards more skill-intensive poses.
Week 4: After working on your strength, flexibility, skill and technique, Indigo Yoga challenges you to complete a few advanced yoga poses.
In order to qualify for the final reward of 50% off one month of yoga, you will need to have someone take a photo of you trying a minimum of 21 of these poses and post them on Instagram or our Facebook and hashtag #indigoyoga and #marchMATness. (At least 21 of the 31 poses posted each day - Multiple poses can not be posted within the same day).
