Paul will introduce the playful and energetic Animal Flow, an innovative fitness program that combines ground-based movements with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout. This system of fluid, fundamental movements works through multiple planes of motion to increase mobility, flexibility, stability, power, and endurance.
