AcroYoga Workshop, October 11th 1:30-4pm
Indigo Yoga and Boundless Motion invite you come play with us for our 2nd round of the AcroYoga Play workshop on Sunday, October 11, 2015 1:30-4pm at Indigo Yoga.
Play is not only for children. Embody joy and curiosity, as we explore partner-supported conditioning, basic acrobatics, and partner flying! Learn while having fun and infuse your practice with a sense of creativity. You will be amazed at how easy it is!
AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the therapeutics of Thai massage. Coming with a partner is not necessary. Yoga experience is helpful, but this workshop is open to all levels of yogi- beginner to advanced.
- $30 with pre-registration (must be registered before Sept 27th to receive $10 discount)
