A Biomechanical Approach to Healing Chronic Pain and Injuries We all have something! A pain in the wrist in Down Dog, A funky knee when we do a thigh stretch, a shoulder that lacks mobility, a constant tight neck… The list can go on and on. Did you know that so much of our discomfort and pain can be avoided and corrected through the application of alignment techniques and simple biomechanical principals? During our time together we will address some of the most common complaints that people have in their bodies, while on their mats. Through physical practices as well as demonstrations and discussion, you will leave with a better understanding of your own body as well as practical strategies to help yourself heal and get out of pain.
