Join Tiffany Curren, RYT 200, as she brings you the practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a deep relaxation practice that is completely guided. Beginning in Savasana with props for maximum comfort, you will be taken on a journey to bring your body into a state of relaxation while keeping the mind in an alert meditative state. This practice is relaxing, releases stress, and will feed your body energy. The workshop begins with an explanation of Yoga Nidra followed by a grounding pranayama to calm the nervous system, followed by the practice of Yoga Nidra.
