This fun and dynamic workshop will teach you how to approach your forearm balance with greater confidence. We will work to open the hamstrings and shoulders and strengthen the shoulder girdle and core to find access and stability in this inversion. We’ll mindfully and progressively work toward this advanced posture with plenty of stops along the way. Going upside down gives us the opportunity to get outside of our boxes, invite playfulness into our practice, and remind us to be in the moment. Access to a wall and blocks will be helpful but are not necessary.
