Yoga for stress and anxiety is an introduction to yoga for better mental health. It is specifically designed to help people struggling to cope with high stress, fear and anxiety. This class can help to create calm and focus in your life.
This workshop is a unique approach to healing anxiety and stress issues, combining mind, body and soul healing to help calm and reset the nervous system so you can address the past and move freely into the future with ease and confidence. You will begin to practice simple yoga poses along with specific breathing techniques, other stress reduction techniques to bring an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the mind.
This workshop is not meant to replace talk therapy, or medication as treatment for anxiety or PTSD. It is meant to be used in conjunction with these traditional treatments if needed.
