Tone & Sculpt Yoga Fusion will help you take your yoga practice to the next level and allow you to find a new kind of strength. In this workshop Lindsay will guide you through different techniques on how to incorporate resistance and weight to your everyday practice. This upbeat and energetic class will allow you to seek a deeper challenge within the physical body and specific muscle groups through repetitions, pulses and holds. Please bring a set of light weights and a resistance band (optional) to this workshop. Alternatives for weights (water bottle, soup cans)
