Break open your heart with this deep backbending practice. A variation of Urdva Danurasana (full wheel), in this posture we further open the shoulders, creating extension through the upper back and finding a full and open heart space. We will focus on strengthening the back line of the body to create lift, and opening though the heart, belly and shoulders.
