Saturday, October 3rd from 12:00-4:00PM
– What is Yin Yoga?
– Who are your Yin Yogis?
– Considerations for Taking & Teaching a Yin Yoga class
– Yin Yoga Sequencing
– Yin Yoga Poses & AdjustmentsThere will be plenty of time for you to ask questions, discuss the content, and practice teach with others as we learn. You’ll also be able to personally feel the poses within your body through practicing a yin yoga class on both days of this training and practice teach with others.
Dress in layers, so you can adjust based on how you’re feeling and any shifts in the weather and/or the temperature in the studio. There will be a 30-minute break after practice. While we will not officially break for a ‘lunch’, feel free to bring whatever you need to stay nourished and hydrated. You can also order food for delivery at designated points during our training days.
