Happy hips and hamstrings is a workshop designed for yogis of all levels as well as athletes with chronically tight hips, hamstrings, and lower back tension. We will begin with a slow paced vinyasa flow designed to build heat and lubricate the joints before deep stretching. This workshop will aid in releasing tension, increasing mobility, and enhancing everyday movement and athletic performance.
