Join Lisa & Miriam on a Hike & Yoga adventure at Bear Mountain. This adventure will kick off at 10am with a yoga warm up, followed by an hour long hike and will end with a yoga cool down and fresh fruit & water. This hike is an easy level hike and should be fine for the beginner hiker and yogi.

Carpools can be arranged… otherwise meet us at Bear Mountain at 10am. Details on where to meet will be sent out to everyone who signs up.
